Make sure each sentence contributes something valuable towards answering all five W questions (who?, what?, where?, when?, why?) plus ask yourself how else could we say this same thing in different words/phrases? This keeps us focused on answering those fundamental questions while avoiding unnecessary repetition/wastefulness.
You don’t have to do everything on your own.
It is important to remember that you don’t have to do everything on your own. You can certainly make the time to write blog posts, but if you don’t have time then I suggest hiring someone else.
